Oct 1986-Nov 1989 Studied 17 successful national political revolutions and movements; completed the substance, tactics, strategy, and communications methodology for a national political movement to effect remedial legislation by the year 2000.
Jan 1980-Aug 1987 President, Posada Del Sol, Owner/Developer of a 33 acre real estate parcel adjacent to the business district of San Rafael, CA.; one conceptual use would be the worlds largest solar powered adult community; this project was to be approved by voter initiative; realized a profit of about 100 times the original investors' investment; later investors realized a profit of two and one half times their investment because the project was never completed.
Jan 1980-Dec 1981 Obtained the equivalent of a doctorate in business and communications aspects of winning issues campaigns; in early 1980, hired Joyce Koupal, co-founder of People's Lobby, nationally respected authority on issues campaigns and shepherding, as a full time tutor for two years; studied organizational structure, communications, donor and activist location, shepherding, and the business aspects of about 40 issues campaigns of which about 16 were successful.
Jun 1977-Apr 1982 President, California University for Advanced Studies, San Anselmo, CA The objective of this post graduate institution was to provide individuals having significant education, life achievements, and personal experience with the incentive and technology to share their hard-won knowledge with society. The method was teaching post doctoral level candidates how to actually produce broadcast quality, ultra low-cost educational video cassettes. Sold name and lease to profit-making enterprises for about 10 times original donors' contributions. Entity dissolved to pursue Posada Del Sol which included all original donors who had contributed to the University.

Personal Service Corporation which taught presidents of small start-up corporations tax, accounting, real estate, sales matters, and direct mail techniques; President was on Board of Directors of approximately 100 small start-up corporations.
Feb 1967-Oct 1972 Founder and President, EBC Employee Benefit Consultants, San Francisco, CA. Taught stock brokers how to prospect for, and to sell investments to, tax exempt entities; established direct mail programs; sold interest in Company in October 1970 to a major California stock brokerage firm and the Company's employees, for about 100 times the original investor's investment.
