Rich Robinson contracted with us to design his present web site (fee $1800) and to provide him with advertising ($1000) and agreed to pay C.O.D. Robinson has had a $1500 C.O.D. balance due since 2 July 96.

We have no cost effective way of enforcing timely payment. We can caution others, however.
